* because of the multi-generational time-frame, the legal structure should be in a AAA or AA country, with a stable political and legal system;
* the legal structure should be multi-jurisdiction (to avoid being stuck, when, for any reason, a problem occurs in one jurisdiction);
* the jurisdiction should have an acceptable tax-pressure (no tax-haven), but no with-holding tax;
* the legal structure should have some intrinsic flexibility.
At the moment we are suggesting a DAO to be supported by a Curacao foundation- or PCC- structure if members require a safe storage for their participation. Both Holland and Curucao are independent countries within the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and thereby part of the same stable legal system. Additionally, having assets stored in Curucao entity has considerable tax advantages.
